About Us
Aberfoyle After School Club is held at Aberfoyle Primary School. It is available to children who are students at the school from 3pm to 4.55pm. There are two staff that work at the club who provide a variety of fun outdoor and indoor activities to children from P1–7. Children will be offered a healthy snack at the beginning of the sessions.
How It Works
1. Set up your profile
After signing in, head to your Profile to add your children, at least one emergency contact, and give consent for activities like sunscreen and photographs. Your profile must be complete before you can book.
2. Browse and book
On the Schedule page you'll see all upcoming sessions. Tap your child's name on any slot to add it to your cart. When you're ready, press the checkout button to review and pay. Booking six or more sessions at once gives you a discount.
3. Pickup codes
After payment you'll receive a unique pickup code for each booking. Staff may ask to see this code when your child is collected. You can always find your codes on the Schedule page — just tap the code shown next to a confirmed booking.
4. Updating your details
You can add or remove children, update medical notes, change emergency contacts, and manage consents at any time from your Profile.
Good to know
- Bookings for each day close at 9am on the morning of the session — you can book any time before then.
- Each day has a maximum of 16 places.
